Q: I Don't See The Courses Tab

A: If you Voomly November 7, 2022 and onwards, you will not see the courses tab. This feature is only available for one-time purchases and subscribers prior to November 7, 2022. Learn more here.


Q: Does Voomly Come With Step-by-Step Instructions?

A: Definitely, this is something we pride ourselves in. While Voomly is super intuitive and easy to use, the last thing we want is for you to not get as much benefit from Voomly as you can, simply because you don't know how to fully use it. You can visit our video tutorials page.


Q: What About Updates? How Do Those Work?

A: Since Voomly is 100% web-based, all updates happen automatically (no actions required on your side). You'll quickly notice that we're constantly improving Voomly.


Q: Will Voomly work on a mobile device or tablet?

A: Absolutely! While there may be some challenges due to the size of the screen, you can access your account and work on your videos via a mobile device. 


Q: Do I need a separate license for each of my computers i.e. work, home, etc?

A: Voomly is 100% web-based; hence, you can access your account from anywhere as long as you have access to the internet.


Q: Is it possible to sell multiple courses as a bundle?

A: Not at this time. Each course will have to be purchased by the student separately.


Q: Can I track my courses sales, revenue and refunds in Voomly?

A: Absolutely! Navigate to the courses-->select edit on the right-hand side-->sales where you will see this data. Learn more here.


Q: Will Voomly Work on a MAC or PC computer?

A: Voomly is cloud-based so it can be used on both Windows and Mac operating systems. All you need is an internet connection and you're good to go. 


Q: Can I embed via iFrame?

A: Yes, when you select the Embed Code for your video content you will have the option to select iframe if needed. Learn more here.


Q: Can I work on my Voomly videos offline?

A: No. As a web-based platform, you must be connected to the internet to access your Voomly account.


Q: Can I resend my students login credentials?

A: Absolutely! This option is located under the Courses tab Select Manage Students from the menu on the left. You will need to find the student then, you will see the option to resend credentials email on the right-hand sideLearn more here.


Q: Is Voomly safe from screen recording?

A: Our team made sure to put in place securities to prevent downloading the actual source file. For screen recordings, in general, nothing is protected from screen recording.


Q: Does Voomly show me my video statistics and engagements?

A: Voomly does keep track of an extensive array of video metrics and data. You can view engagement & interaction by location, device type, and browser type, heavily promoting your most popular videos to the right audience.

 

You can also use heat maps to discover at-a-glance when videos are boring your viewers and when you have their full attention.

 

Voomly also allows you to check out trends in re-watches, interactions, and drop-offs using engagement graphs, giving you a comprehensive overview of your audience.


Q: Will Voomly Sync Across All My Devices?

A: Yes, Voomly syncs across all your devices. So, if you change a video on your laptop, Voomly will update your tablet, desktop, phone, and any other devices you may have, with the new version of that video. 


Q: Does Voomly Work on Multiple Devices?

A: Yes! Voomly is a web-based platform that is easily accessible through most web browsers (we recommend Chrome or Safari).

 

Voomly will work on all your devices, so you can easily access the latest version of your videos from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.


Q: What are the supported video format of Voomly?

A: Voomly currently supports mp4, mov, avi, and wmv video file formats. 


Q: Can I send my student a certification of completion?

A: Yes, you do have the option of providing your student with a certificate of completion when they've completed the course. You will also be able to customize it as needed. Currently, the certificate is sent to their email and you also have the option of downloading the certificate. Learn more here.


Q: Can I create coupons for my courses?

A: Yes, you do have the option of creating and offering coupons to your students that they can use at checkout for the course purchase. Navigate to courses > payment information > toggle on the coupons. Learn more here.


Q: Can I track my student’s progress?

A: As the course instructor, you would not be able to view their progress.


Q: Can I create a text only course?

A: Absolutely! Simply turn off the video or don't select a video when creating a lesson to make it text only.

Q: If the same person is enrolled in multiple courses, how will it affect my student count?

A: If the same person is enrolled in multiple courses using the same email, they would count as a single (1) student.

Q: Can I use our company’s logo and link it to our website?

A: Absolutely! From your Video Drive tab, choose the video you would like to use and customize the player. Please note this logo will show up on the video skin of your player. Learn more here.


Q: Can I manually add/remove students from my course?

A: You have the option to add and remove students manually if needed. Navigate to courses > select a course > manage students and you will see the option to add student at the top. Learn more here.


Q: Is there a limit on the size of the Video Funnels I can create?

A: The storage size and number of videos you can upload will be based on the plan that you get. With that said, there is no limit on the size of the funnels you can create (depth), allowing you to make them as long as you want. Learn more here.


Q: Can I add a quiz to my course?

A: Absolutely! Navigate to the courses tab and click edit on the right side. In your course modules, you will have the option to include one or more quizzes if needed. Learn more here.


Q: Can I Drip Feed My Course Content?

A: Absolutely! When working in the course you will see the Timeline tab where you will have the opportunity to configure the Drip Feed for your courses. On the right-hand side you will have your Timeline Settings. Learn more here.


Q: Can I create a FREE course?

A: To offer a course for free, you will have to provide your students with a 100% off coupon. They will not be required to enter any billing information at the time. Learn more here.


Q: Do I need to install Voomly?

A: Voomly is a web-based platform, and there is no need to install it. However, you will need to install Voomly Cloud, which you will use to sign in to Voomly. After you register, you'll be emailed instructions on how to log into Voomly.

Q: Can I Place Marketing Gates In My Videos?

A: Yes, you certainly can! Voomly allows you to ask your audience to share your video to Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn before they can continue watching, so you can attract new followers to your brand.  You can also capture new leads by using an email opt-in at any point in your video.
