There are two ways to log into your Voomly-branded software (Voomly, Toonly, Doodly, Talkia, PYKS, People Builder). Please note, the preferred way is to use the Voomly Cloud (single sign-on).
If you have lost access to the email associated with your account, you can contact support to update your email address and regain access. Additionally, the Voomly Cloud app offers enhanced account recovery options, such as using the "Forgot Password" feature or a Magic Link sent to your updated email.
Log in through Voomly Cloud (SSO).
Log in with your email and password.
Important: Signing into a Voomly-branded software directly using a username and password will be disabled soon. This feature has already been disabled for some software. We encourage you to download Voomly Cloud and use it to sign into your purchase.
If you are using an older version of Toonly, Voomly, or Doodly, it is essential to transition to the Voomly Cloud app to access your purchases. Uninstall the older app and download the latest version of Voomly Cloud from the official download page.
Important: Please make sure that you are logging into Voomly Cloud using the Voomly Cloud app, and not the Voomly website. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can download it from here.
The Voomly Cloud app also simplifies account recovery by providing options like updating your email address, resetting your password, or using a Magic Link to regain access to your account.
Logging In Using The Magic Link
Open the app
Enter the email address you used to make your purchase.
Click on Send Me Magic Link
Go to your email, and find the email titled: Magic sign-in link. From there, click on the Sign In With Magic Link button OR copy/paste the link into your browser.
Note: If too much time has passed since you asked for the Magic Link, you may get an error. Please go back to step 2.
Sign in Using Username And Password
Open the app.
Click on Login with password.
Enter the email address you used to make the purchase and your password.
Click the login button.
Reset Password
Open the app.
Click on Login with password.
Click on the forgot password button.
Enter your email address and click Request Code.
Go to your email to get the reset link and code.
Check your email for the reset password email. You can choose to reset your password by clicking the button or by using the code.
Enter your email address and code. Then enter your new password and click set new password.
Once you log into Voomly Cloud, all the products you have access to will be shown.
If you are still having issues logging in, please reach out to support by clicking the support button at the bottom right corner.
Common troubleshooting scenarios include: contacting support to update your email address if you can't access it, uninstalling older app versions and switching to Voomly Cloud, using the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password, or checking your spam/junk folder if you didn't receive the Magic Link.
