Signing into Doodly using a username and password will be disabled soon. We encourage you to download Voomly Cloud app and use it to sign into Doodly. Here are the instructions to install Voomly Cloud and log into Doodly using it.
In this article, we will go over:
Change Password From Within Doodly
Log in to your Doodly account and navigate to the user settingsat the top right corner of the dashboard.
Click on password, enter your current and new password, then save changes.
Please Note: This password change is ONLY available for members with active account access. If you cannot access your Doodly account, please contact support and we will be happy to assist you.
Log In Using Email And Password
Open the Doodly app
Select authenticate with email.
Enter your email and password, click on login.
Reset Password
Open the Doodly app
Select authenticate with email.
Click on forgot password.
Enter your email address and click on request password reset.
A reset password email will be sent to your account. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the email.
Copy the pin code from the email.
Enter the pin code into the app and click continue.
Enter your new password and click reset password.
