I Did Not Receive My Login Credentials

Learn what to do if you did not receive your Voomly login credentials after purchase, including how to check your spam folder, access your software through Voomly Cloud, and contact support if needed.

Once your purchase is finalized, you will receive an automated Welcome Message that includes your login credentials and a link to access your purchase. Before reaching out to our support team, please make sure that this link was not sent to a different email address. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

How To Access Your Purchase

To access your purchase, please download the Voomly Cloud app. This is the app used to sign into all Voomly brand software purchases (Voomly, Toonly, Doodly, Talkia, PYKS, People Builder).

Note: Voomly Cloud and the Voomly app are not the same software.

  1. Install Voomly Cloud here.

  2. Sign in using the magic link and the email address you used to make your purchase.

  3. Once you sign into Voomly Cloud, you can click the install button on the app that you purchased.

  4. Once installed, you can click the launch button to open the software.

If you can't find the welcome email and you can't log into Voomly Cloud to access your purchase, please reach out to support by clicking the support button at the bottom right corner, and we will be happy to assist you. Please have a copy of your receipt ready for account verification purposes.
