Automatic Script: I Did Not Receive My Login Credentials

Once your purchase is finalized, you will receive an automated Welcome Message that includes your login credentials and a link to access your purchase. Before reaching out to our support team, please make sure that this link was not sent to a different email address. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

How To Access Your Purchase

You can access your purchase by reseting the password.

  1. Automatic Script is a web based application. Go to the log in page.

  2. Click on forgot password.

  3. Enter your email address, and click send password reset link.

  4. You will receive a reset password link.

  5. Enter your new password, and click reset password.

  6. Log in using your new password.

If you can't find the welcome email and you can't log into Automatic Script, please reach out to support by clicking the support button at the bottom right corner and we will be happy to assist you. Please have a copy of your receipt ready for account verification purposes.
