PYKS: Toolbar - How To Use The Shape Tool

Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 2:21 PM

The Shape Tool in PYKS allows users to create and customize shapes like rectangles, circles, and lines by adjusting fill and stroke colors, which can be applied within projects to enhance the design.

  1. Go to the project dashboard.

  2. Click on the shape tool located on the left side of the screen.

  3. On the right side of your screen, select the rectangle, circle, or line.

  4. To use the fill color and stroke color, make sure to check the box first.

    • Fill color is the color inside the rectangle and circle.

    • Stroke color is the line color and the border color of the rectangle and circle.

  5. Then draw the shape or line on your project.

  6. Click on the color of the fill color or stroke color to change the color. You can also use the eye dropper to select a color from your project.

  7. If you are using the stroke color, you have the option to make the stroke color line thinner or thicker by moving the width slider
