Set Draw Duration For A Layer
Use the "-" and "+" icons on the right-hand side under layers to set the draw duration as needed.
Dragging the end of the scene in the timeline will also extend the duration.
Set Draw Duration For An Asset
You can also go into the image settings of a specific asset and set the draw duration there.
