Payment Failed

If you are trying to purchase a Voomly branded software and your payment is failing, here's a couple things you can do:

  • Check to make sure the card details is correct. 
  • Contact your credit card to ensure your card is in good standing
  • Make sure you have filled in all the required details on the order form
  • Try using a new different browser, or an incognito window
  • Try using a different internet network

If the order is still not going through, please contact our support team by clicking the Support button at the bottom right corner and we will be happy to assist you. 

Note: We only accept payments by credit card or debit card. We cannot accept other payment forms, including PayPal and bank transfers. Please note that not all debit cards will work as it is dependant on your bank
