Voomly Customer Center: How Do I Update My Credit Card?

Learn how to update, delete, or add a new credit card in the Voomly Customer Center, including step-by-step instructions for managing your payment methods from your account settings.

You can update your payment card information in the Customer Center. This article will go over:

Update Existing Payment Card In Your Account

  1. Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.

  2. Once you log in, select payment methods and click the gear icon on the card that you would like to update.

Make changes to your card and click on update payment method.

Delete Existing Card

There are two options to delete an existing card.

  1. Option 1

    1. On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the garbage can icon.

A notification will pop up. If you remove this card, all associated data will be lost and cannot be recovered. If you agree, click proceed.

Option 2

  1. On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the gear icon.

  2. At the bottom left corner, click delete.

Add New Payment Method

  1. Go to your Account Settings and click on Subscriptions.
    ​

  2. Find your Voomly subscription, click the three dots on the right, and choose View Subscription.

  3. Under Payment Method, click the gear icon and select Add New Card.
    ​

  4. Enter your new card details and click Add.
