Adding a member to the account group will allow you to give someone access to your account. Members will be able to switch between accounts easily without re-entering passwords.

Important:
A user can only be part of one group
Linked accounts will have full permission in each other's accounts. This means that they will have access to make any changes to the account and videos.
Steps to Add a New Member
Log in to Voomly.
Click on the account profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Click on the account group and then add a member.
Enter the email and password of the new user and click submit.
User must have their own Voomly account.
The email and password are the ones that the member uses to access their own Voomly software account.
Some users may have different Voomly Cloud and Voomly Software passwords. The password you need is the Voomly Software password.
If you're having issues with the password, the user can reset their Voomly Software password
You will now have access to their account, and they will have access to your account.
Access Account
Click the blue button beside the member's name to access their account.
Or, go to the account profile icon located at the top right corner, click on switch account to access the other user's account.
Access can be switched between accounts using the account profile or a direct sign-in button.
