Absolutely! Simply turn off the video or don't select a video when creating a lesson to make it text only.
On the top navigation menu, select courses.
On the left side menu, click on course.
Click on create new section, give your section a name, and click create section.
Select add lesson.
Name your lesson, do not pick a video, and click on create lesson.
The text-only lesson will be created. Click save. Next, click on the lesson to start creating your text lesson.
A toggle on the right side will enable/disable video content if needed.
