Toonly: Customize My Toonly Characters

Learn how to customize Toonly character colors — including hair, eyes, skin, and outfit — using the Animation Settings panel, and how to reset a character back to its default colors.

Note: Not all characters have the option to change colors

Change Character Colors

  1. Add a character to the canvas, and click the gear icon above the character.

  2. In Animation Settings, you will see the option to Change Colors.

  3. Under the Change Colors view, you will see several options that will allow you to make adjustments to your character's hair, eye color, skin, and outfit.

  4. Click on the color you would like to change, and you'll have the option to pick from the color palette or use the color picker.

Reset Default Colors

If you prefer to go back to the default colors for the characters, you can simply go to Reset to defaults at the bottom left-hand side and save.
