If your purchase went through, and payment was processed successfully, you should have received a payment receipt email directly from ClickFunnels or PayKickStart.
You can download your invoice from the customer center.
Before reaching out, please make sure the email was not sent to another email address. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk and even the promotion folders.
