You can update your payment card information in the Customer Center. This article will go over:
Update Existing Payment Card In Your Account
- Go to Customer Center.
- Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.
- Once you log in, select payment methods and click the gear icon on the card that you would like to update.
- Make changes to your card and click on update payment method.
Delete Existing Card
There are two option to delete an existing card.
- Option 1
- On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the garbage can icon.
- A notification will pop up. If you remove this card, all associated data will be lost and cannot be recovered. If you agree, click proceed.
- On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the garbage can icon.
- Option 2
- On the payment method section, go to the existing card you would like to delete. Click on the gear icon.
- At the bottom left corner, click delete.
Add New Payment Method
- Go to your Account Settings and click on Subscriptions.
- Find your Voomly subscription, click the three dots on the right, and choose View Subscription.
- Under Payment Method, click the gear icon and select Add New Card.
- Enter your new card details and click Add.

- If you can't access the customer center, please try accessing the billing portal.
