Voomly Customer Center: Order History & Download Invoice

You can view your purchase history in the Customer Center. This article will go over:


View Order History

  1. Go to Customer Center.
  2. Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email. 
  3. Once you log in, click on invoice history.
  4. Click on the 3 dots, then select view for more details.

Download Invoice

  1. Click on invoice history.
  2. Click on the 3 dots beside the order, then select view for more details.
  3. Scroll down to paid invoices and select the pdf icon on the right side of the invoice. 


Change Payment Method On Existing Order

  1. In the invoice history, click on the 3 dots, then select change autopay method. This option may not be available if the order is not a subscription.
