Voomly Cloud: Log In & Reset Password

There are two ways to log into your Voomly branded software (Voomly, Toonly, Doodly, Talkia, PYKS, People Builder). Please note, the preferred way is using the Voomly Cloud (single-sign on)

1. Log in through Voomly Cloud (SSO). 
2. Log in with email and password.

Signing into a Voomly branded software directly using a username and password will be disabled soon. This feature has already been disabled for some software. We encourage you to download Voomly Cloud and use it to sign into your purchase.

Please make sure that you are logging into Voomly Cloud using the Voomly Cloud app, and not the Voomly website. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can download it from here. 

Logging In Using The Magic Link

1. Open the app
2. Enter the email address you used to make your purchase. 
3. Click on Send Me Magic Link

4. Go to your email, and find the email titled: Magic sign-in link. From there, click on the Sign In With Magic Link button ORcopy/paste the link into your browser.

Note: If too much time has passed since you asked for the Magic Link, you may get an error. Please go back to step 2. 

Sign in Using Username And Password

1. Open the app.
2. Click on login with password.

3. Enter the email address you used to make the purchase and your password.
4. Click the login button.

Reset Password

1. Open the app.
2. Click on login with password.
3. Click on the forgot passwordbutton. 
   • 
4. Enter your email address and click request code.
   • 
5. Go to your email to get the reset link and code. 
   • 
6. Check your email for the reset passwordemail. You can choose to reset your password by clicking the button or by using the code. 
   • 
7. Enter your email address and code. Then enter your new password and click set new password.  
   • 
8. Once you log into Voomly Cloud, all the products you have access to will be shown.
