Whitelist Domains

Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 3:06 PM

This article helps users ensure that they can access Voomly Cloud and related services by whitelisting necessary domains and ports. It is useful when a user is unable to connect to Voomly, whether on a company-issued or personal device, and needs to troubleshoot the issue by adjusting network settings or contacting a system administrator.

If you are using a company-issued computer, you will need to reach out the the system administrator to have Voomly whitelisted. Please share the information below with your system administrator.

Currently our infrastructure assigns dynamic IPs and there's no set list of IPs to whitelist.
