Doodly: I can't access parts of my Doodly Dashboard

Modified on Tue, 31 Oct, 2023 at 4:45 PM

If you are using a second monitor or if your screen resolution is set to more than 100%, you may not be able to see sections of your Doodly dashboard.

Please make sure to reset your resolution to 100% or lower then adjust accordingly.

If you are still having issues viewing the dashboard using a second monitor, it may be helpful to unplug the monitor and re-plug it back into your computer. Then adjust the resolution accordingly.

You may try these keyboard commands:

  • MAC: command "-" "+" "0" (do not include the the quotation marks")
  • Windows: ctrl "-" "+" "0" (do not include the the quotation marks")
