Fetching remote resource

By the end of this article, you will understand how to troubleshoot when running into a "cannot fetch the remote resource" error.

What you will need

If you run into this type of error, please try the following steps:

Step 1

Restart your computer, and make sure no instance of Toonly is running. After doing so, enable viewing hidden files on your PC then go to:

1. C:\Users\\AppData\Local
within Local, Delete the Toonly folder
2. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming
within Roaming, Delete the Toonly folder

Step 2

After deleting both folders, re-download Toonly from here and run it as admin. Do not use a previously downloaded file to be sure it's not the cause of the issue.

Note that your data is saved remotely.
