Talkia: Add Background Music To Voiceover

Learn how to add background music to your Talkia voiceover, including choosing from built-in tracks or uploading your own, trimming clips, applying fade in and fade out effects, and balancing audio levels.

Adding Background Audio to Talkia Voiceover

  1. Accessing Talkia Project

    • Go to Talkia project

    • Click on the Add Audio Background button or Audio Track button.

  2. Adding Background Music

    • Choose from the selection provided or upload your own music file.

    • Preview the sound by clicking on the triangle button.

    • Click Insert to add the selected background music.

  3. Adjusting Audio

    • Select the audio clip on the timeline.

    • Right-click on the clip

      • Choose fade in to gradually increase volume at the beginning.

      • Choose fade out to gradually decrease the volume at the end.

  4. Trim Audio Clip

    • Trim the audio clip to make it shorter

    • Drag the playhead to the desired starting point

    • Select the portion to cut by moving the red or green portion of the playhead to the desired location and clicking the scissor icon.

    • You can also trim the end of the audio clip by moving the end of the audio clip to the left.

  5. Balancing Voiceover and Background Music

    • Add voiceover to the timeline

    • Adjust the volume to ensure the voiceover is louder than the background music.

  6. Save
