Voomly Billing Portal: Cancellation

If you decide that our services is not for you and want to cancel your account, you can access the billing portal to cancel your subscription.

  1. Click on the current plan then cancel the subscription.

I can't log into the billing portal

If you are unable to log into the billing portal, please try logging into the customer center [Instructions]. We are currently transitioning platforms so there are two different places a customer can log into to review their account information.


Refund Policy

We honour all refund requests, provided they are sent within 30 days of your purchase. If you would like to request a refund, please contact support by clicking on the support button at the bottom right corner of the screen. When contacting the support team for a refund, please include a copy of your receipt.
