If you run into this type of error, please try the following steps:

Restart your computer, and make sure no instance of Toonly is running. After doing so, enable viewing hidden files on your PC, then go to: ​ 1. C:\Users\\AppData\Local Within Local, delete the Toonly folder

2. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming Within Roaming, delete the Toonly folder

After deleting both folders, re-download Toonly from<a href="https://cloud.voomly.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> here</a> and run it as admin. Do not use a previously downloaded file to be sure it's not the cause of the issue.

Note: that your data is saved remotely.
