If you've received your login credentials but still can't seem to access your People Builder account, here are a few tips that usually help our members when they encounter this issue:
- Please be sure you have followed the instructions contained in your Welcome Message to download the software first!
- You log into the People Builder software application - not anywhere else.
- Both your username and password are case-sensitive.
To reset your password
- If you forgot or misplaced your credentials, click on the Forgot Password link to retrieve the information.
- Enter your email on the People Builder app.
- Next, check your email for the PIN that will be sent to you and enter it in the People Builder app.
- Finally, copy & paste the PIN into the field within People Builder & choose your new password.
Should you find that you are still having trouble, please contact our support team by clicking on the Blue Support button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Please Note: The email you received after completing your purchase is simply a payment confirmation. Your People Builder information and credentials are found in your Welcome Email.
