If you decide that our services is not for you and want to cancel your account, you can access the billing portal to cancel your subscription.
- Go to the billing portal (instructions)
- Click on the current plan then cancel the subscription.
I can't log into the billing portal
If you are unable to log into the billing portal, please try logging into the customer center [Instructions]. We are currently transitioning platforms so there are two different places a customer can log into to review their account information.
We honor all refund requests, provided they are sent within 30 days of your purchase. If you would like to request a refund, please contact support by clicking on the blue support button at the bottom right corner of the screen. When contacting the support team for a refund, please include a copy of your receipt.
