When creating videos inside of your Voomly account, you may see it fit to allow or not allow comments to be made on any one specific video. By the end of this article, we will have covered the steps to take in order to turn the comment section on or off in a video.
What you will need
- A Voomly Account
- A video created within your Voomly Drive
Instructions
- Open a video from the video drive.
- On the settings menu (left column), select Video page.
- On the right side column, you can toggle left to disable comments or toggle right to enable comments.
- Click Save.
- Comments can only be seen when viewing the specific video and not while you are accessing the course itself.
- At this time, a notification feature is not in place to let you know when you receive new comments.
- Currently, comments do not work on interactive video funnels even if the comment feature is turned on within the video settings.
